Introduction to AutoCAD

The Community Engagement and Continuing Learning Center at Gulf University organized an introductory workshop on AutoCAD, one of the most widely used computer-aided design (CAD) software applications in engineering, architecture, and design fields.

The workshop provided participants with foundational knowledge and hands-on experience in AutoCAD, covering essential tools, drawing techniques, and design workflows. Attendees learned how to create precise 2D drawings, work with layers, dimensions, and annotations, and navigate the AutoCAD interface effectively.

Held at Gulf University's campus in Sanad, Bahrain, this practical session was designed for students, professionals, and anyone interested in developing their technical design skills using industry-standard CAD software.
