Awards and Accolades

The Gulf University is pleased to announce that the University has reached the final qualifier of the Times Higher Education Awards (The Award Arab World 2024) for the Teaching and Learning Strategy of the Year category, presented by Times Higher Education. Hundreds of universities from the Arab world have advanced under 12 different categories. This makes Gulf University in the Kingdom of Bahrain the only university represented in this prestigious competition, among 8 other universities from Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Egypt, Iraq and the United Arab Emirates.

The Times Higher Education (THE) in the Arab World 2024 are prestigious awards highlighting excellence in higher education across the Arab region. The award recognizes innovative approaches to teaching and learning at Gulf University, including the use of technology, support for innovative teaching, and enhancing the learning experience for all students.
