OB08

Expand digital technologies & resources: Accessibility & inclusiveness

OB08. IN0110/23 – 02/24

Enhance the utilization and accessibility of technology in teaching and learning by both faculty and students.

Tasks

  • Improve faculty and students experience in accessibility of data between LMS and CMS (i.e. Moodle and Campus), through enhancing the integration between both systems.

Provide advanced training for using digital technologies in teaching-learning, research and campus operation.

Tasks

  • Deliver a training workshop relevant to Digital Transformation Projects by DTC in collaboration with Staff Development Unit.

Review the business continuity framework.

Tasks

  • Submit benchmark, review, and findings to Business Continuity Committee.
  • Finding areas relevant to sustainable IT and technology resources.
  • Put the areas found in discussion and roadmap for implementation (i.e. Build in-house CMS).
  • Work together with committee members to update the business continuity framework.

Monitor the student life cycle in digital platform.

Tasks

  • Define the project objectives and scope that clearly outline the purpose of the student portfolio module and specify the features required of developed as a separate plugin.
  • Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize the user interface and user experience of the portfolio module.
  • Work with Academic Affairs and Deans to provide more software for each academic program.
